Imaanix ("we", "our", or "us") provides Islamic quote and status content through the Imaanix mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Imaanix does not require account signup and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Imaanix stores limited app data locally on your device, including:

• Favorite quote IDs
• Cached quote data for offline use and faster loading
• Quote content version and last sync date
• Selected quote language preferences
• Daily reminder settings such as enabled/disabled state and reminder time
• App preference data needed for update prompts, rating prompts, and similar in-app controls

This information remains on your device and is used only to support app functionality.

3. Internet Access and Remote Content

The app may fetch quote or version updates from a remote source over the internet to keep content current. Standard technical request data such as IP address and device user-agent may be processed by network providers or hosting infrastructure as part of normal internet communication.

4. Permissions Used

• Internet - Used to load quotes and advertisements.
• Notifications - Used to send optional daily reminder notifications when enabled by the user.
• Storage / Media - Used when users choose a custom background image, and when users save or export generated quote and status images to their device.

Daily reminder notifications are scheduled locally on the device and are not sent from our servers.

5. Sharing and Export

When you use the save or share features, the app generates an image on your device. If you choose to share it, the content is passed to the selected application through your device's share functionality.

6. User-Created Content

Imaanix allows users to create custom quote and status images using their own text. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, save, or share through the app.

If you choose a custom background image, that image is processed locally on your device for poster creation. We do not upload your selected background image as part of normal app use.

Users must not create, store, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

Imaanix does not endorse user-created content and may take reasonable steps to help prevent misuse of the app where applicable.

7. Third-Party Services

Imaanix uses third-party services to support subscriptions and advertising within the app.

The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and entitlement restoration. RevenueCat may process subscription-related technical data such as app user identifiers, purchase tokens/transaction metadata, product identifiers, and diagnostics needed to validate purchases and restore access across reinstalls.

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain information including:

• Device information
• Advertising ID
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• App interaction data

This information is used to provide relevant advertisements and improve advertising services.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect app data. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Imaanix is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

10. Your Choices

• You can clear app data from device settings to remove cached or favorite data.
• You can stop content updates by using the app offline.
• You control if and where generated images are shared.
• You can enable, disable, or change daily reminder time in the app settings.
• You can also manage or disable notifications in your device settings.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated revision date.
